摘要
目的:脑血管疾病是导致人类死亡和致残的重要疾病之一,其中约75%是缺血性脑血管病。在缺血性脑血管病的危险因素中,颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的形成占重要的地位,因此研究颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的药物治疗对预防脑血管病有重要的意义。方法:本文选取35例颈动脉斑块患者,用消栓颗粒治疗并临床观察。结果:对血管的早期斑块进行积极治疗,预后就会大有不同,对35例血管斑块的中药治疗观察结果显示此法可行、有效,而且未发现不良反应。
Objective:Cerebrovascular disease is one of the important reasons of human death and disabling,of which about75%is ischemic cerebrovascular disease.In the risk factors of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases,carotid atherosclerotic plaque formation occupies an important position;so the study on carotid atherosclerotic plaque drug therapy in preventing from cerebrovascular diseases plays a great role.Methods:35cases were treated with the Xiaoshuan granules and were observed.Results:If the treatment of vascular early plaque is early,the prognosis will be very different.Clinical observation results of35cases show that this method is feasible,effective,with no adverse reaction.
