摘要
目的探讨早期肠内营养支持、生长抑素联用心理干预对胰腺手术患者术后康复的影响。方法纳入汉中市南郑区人民医院2013年1月～2017年5月收治的胰腺手术患者80例为对象，患者以就诊顺序分为对照组和观察组，每组各40例。对照组用肠外营养，观察组用早期肠内营养+生长抑素+心理护理；将2组患者的各项临床数据详细整理后作回顾性分析。结果干预后观察组患者机体各指标水平显著改变、心理状态显著改善、生存质量显著提高，与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论胰腺术后患者接受早期肠内营养支持及生长抑素的效果显著，并以心理护理辅助治疗，可充分稳定患者的心理状态，提高其生存质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of early enteral nutrition support,somatostatin and psychological intervention on postoperative rehabilitation of patients undergoing pancreatic surgery.Methods In Nanzheng People's Hospital from January2013to May2017selected80patients with pancreatic surgery as the study object.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40cases in each group.The control group were treated with parenteral nutrition,early enteral nutrition+somatostatin+psychological nursing in the observation group,the clinical data of two groups after finishing with retrospective analysis.Results After the intervention,the indexes of the patients in the observation group were significantly changed,the psychological status improved significantly,and the quality of life improved significantly,compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early enteral nutrition support and somatostatin are effective in patients undergoing pancreatic surgery,and psychological treatment can improve the psychological status of patients and improve their quality of life.
