摘要
本文的主要研究对象是婴幼儿配方奶粉中的维生素D。并对维生素D的种类、性质、来源以及摄入量不足带来的危害进行概述,对影响婴幼儿配方奶粉中维生素D稳定性的因素进行分析,介绍检测维生素D含量的具体过程。
The main object of this study is vitamin D in infant formula milk powder.First of all,the harm on species,properties and sources of vitamin D intake and deficiency were summarized,then the factors influencing the stability of vitamin D in infant formula were analyzed,finally introduced the specific process of the detection of vitamin D content.
