摘要
为了能够在线无损检测设备内部缺陷与损伤,本文设计一种物联网嵌入式脉冲涡流无损检测系统。该系统通过信号发生器产生脉冲宽度调制波经过放大后驱动探头;探头采集被测试件的缺陷与损伤信号,将含有缺陷和损伤的磁信号转换成电信号,经过调理电路后,在模数转换部分将电信号转换为数字信号传输至STM32f107内;在控制器控制下通过物联网传输至PC机,然后PC机对信号进行分析与显示。
In order to detect the internal defect and damage of the components of the equipment online,a kind of embedded pulse eddy current nondestructive testing system based on internet of things is designed.The system generates pulse width modulation wave through the signal generator.After amplify the wave driving probe.The probe collects the defect and damage signal,converting the magnetic signal into electrical signal,and after adjusting circuit,converts the electrical signal into digital signal in the analog-digital converter.Under the controller control,the signal through the internet of things transfer to PC,then analyze and display the signal in PC.
