摘要
研究带式输送机拉线闪断故障发生机理,设计了闪断故障检测系统,制定了诊断规则,提出了一种带式输送机控制回路拉线闪断故障自动检测和定位的技术,该技术不需改变原有系统,具有安装简单、交直流电压控制系统均能适应、可靠性高等特点。
The paper first studies how flash fault occurs in belt conveyor cable.On this basis,flash fault detection system is designed,and diagnosis rules are developed.The paper further proposes an automatic detection and positioning technology for flash fault in control circuit of belt conveyor.The technology is easy to install,compatible with AC and DC voltage control system and highly reliable without changing the original system.
