摘要
由电气设备开关瞬间产生的尖峰信号是引起电源线传导干扰问题的重要因素。通过较少次数的开关试验捕获电压尖峰是困难的,且试验所得结果通常小于实际结果,不利于EMC安全裕量的评价。针对电源线尖峰信号试验过程中存在的峰值难以捕获的问题,基于动态电路的时域分析理论,研究了传统多次随机试验取最大值方法对电压尖峰测试的影响因素。在此基础上,通过优化试验方案和对试验数据的统计分析,提出了基于线性回归模型的电压尖峰预测方法,依据方差分析的相关性检验原理,验证了回归模型的有效性,并对预测结果的置信区间进行了有效评估。与传统方法相比,回归预测方法额外增加了一个电流探头,在较少次数测量条件下实现了电源线电压尖峰的捕获,且测量结果误差服从正态分布,便于测量不确定度评估,可用于电气设备开关瞬间电源线传导干扰试验项目的测试技术研究。
The spike signal generated by the switch of the electrical equipment is an important source of power cable interference.It is difficult to capture the voltage spikes by a few numbers of switching experiments,and the experimental results are usually smaller than the actual results.It is not conducive to the evaluation of the safety margin of EMC.In view of the problem that the peak of spike signal in the power cable for test is difficult to capture,and based on the theory of time-domain analysis of dynamic circuit,the influence factors of voltage spike test by using the maximum value of traditional multiple random tests are studied.On such basis,through optimization test scheme and statistical analysis of the test data,the voltage spike prediction method based on linear regression model is proposed.According to the principle of correlation test of variance analysis,the validity of the regression model is verified,and the confidence interval of prediction results is evaluated effectively.Compared with the traditional methods,the regression prediction method adds a current probe,the voltage spikes of power cable are captured by the condition of less numbers of measurements,and the error of the measurement results is normal distributed,which is easy to evaluate the uncertainty of measurement,the method can be used for conducted interference test items of the power cable at electrical equipment switching instants.
