摘要
通过冷冻干燥法制备羟丙基-β-环糊精和格列美脲包合物,用相溶解度法测定格列美脲和羟丙基-β-环糊精的包合常数,并用紫外光谱、红外光谱(FTIR)和~1H NMR对包结物进行验证.结果表明,格列美脲和羟丙基-β-环糊精形成1:1的可溶性包合物,25°C时包合稳定常数为2140.9L·mol^(-1),形成包合物后格列美脲的水溶性增强近七倍.
Gliepiride-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex(GP-HPCD)was prepared by the method of freeze drying.The stability constant was determined by the experiment of phase solubility.The inclusion complex was verified by Ultraviolet spectrum(UV),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and1H NMR.It was found that the formation of the soluble inclusion complex with1:1molar ratio of gliepiride and hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin,and the stability constant was2140.9L·mol-1at25°C by the experiment of phase solubility.The solubility experiment of the inclusion complex indicated that the solubility of gliepiridein in the inclusion complex increased7-fold.
