摘要
进一步改进土地执法监察工作水平,要坚持发展科技创新支撑的作用,强化遥感监测、信息化等科技手段的广泛应用。在分析当前土地执法监察中传统地面土地执法巡查面临的困境之后,针对多源遥感技术在动态土地执法巡查中具备实现巡查范围全域无缝可分级、实现动态土地巡查快速定位与定性、实现订制化评价式的土地巡查,未来应着眼土地执法需求,优化配置多源遥感资源,进一步深化人与技术的高度融合,科学高效地开展土地执法监察工作。
To further improve the enforcement and inspections of land laws and regulations,we should insist on the supporting role ofscientific and technological innovation,strengthening the extensive use of technology like remote sensing monitoring and informationization.The paper analyses the predicament traditional land laws enforcement inspections has been facing,finds that multi-resource remote sensingtechnology can cover all inspection areas,rapidly locate and identify dynamic land inspection and realize a customized,evaluated landinspection.In the future,we should focus on enforcement requisition,optimize allocation of multi-resource remote sensing resource,furtherdeepen the integration of people and technology,in order to make the enforcement and inspection of land laws and regulations scientificallyand efficiently.
