流水线自动化检表系统的耐压测试部分溯源检测

摘要 在剖析自动化检表系统的结构特点及其流程控制的基础上,着重分析研究了系统的耐压测试部分的工作原理及计量性能,根据电学计量理论和相应技术标准的要求,提出了检表系统耐压测试部分的溯源检测方法。为智能电能表的流水线自动化检表系统的耐压检测提供技术参考,在保证耐压测试试验的准确可靠方面具有重要的意义。 Based on the analysis of the structural characteristics and the process control of the automatic inspection system,this article focuses on the analysis of the working principle and the measurement performance of the withstanding voltage test part of the automatic inspection system.According to the requirement of electrical metrology and the corresponding technical standard,the method of traceability detection of the withstanding voltage test part of the automatic inspection system is put forward.This research provides the measurement technical reference for the withstanding voltage test of the automatic pipeline inspection system for intelligent electric energy meter,which is of great significance in ensuring the accurate and reliable test of withstanding voltage test.
