摘要
针对6HW30和6HW-12A两种型号森林病虫害防治喷雾机药箱总成配置对整机带来的稳定性问题和药箱防锈蚀问题,课题组做了药箱总体方案改进设计,并对喷雾机主机、6HW30、6HW-12A和6HW-12B型喷雾机进行了纵向稳定性计算分析。关于药箱防锈蚀问题,本文通过对A3钢、A3钢涂刷防腐材料和不锈钢进行了试验对比,结果显示:A3钢不具备防腐性能,未经处理不能做药箱材料。A3钢涂刷防腐材料,防腐性能只能维持2 a之久,之后便不具防腐性能。0Cr18Ni11Nb不锈钢虽然药箱成本会有所提高,但耐锈蚀性能较为理想。研究结果表明:6HW30、6HW-12A和6HW-12B三种型号喷雾机当中,6HW-12B型森林病虫害防治喷雾机无论在稳定性方面还是耐锈蚀方面都优于前两者。
For the two types of sprayers for forest disease and pest control,6HW30sprayer and6HW-12A sprayer,concerning the effect of the medicine box assembly on the stability of the whole machine and the anti-corrosion performance of the medicine box,the overall design plan of the medicine box is improved.The longitudinal stability of the main machine of the sprayer,6HW30sprayer6HW-12A sprayer and6HW-12B sprayer is analyzed in this paper.Then the anti-corrosion performance of the medicine box with different materials,A3steel,A3steel brushed with anti-corrosion material and stainless steel,is tested.A3steel does not have anti-corrosion performance,untreated A3steel cannot be used as the material of the medicine box.The anti-corrosion performance of A3steel brushed with anti-corrosion material can be maintained only for two years.The cost of0C rl8N illN b stainless steel is high,but its anti-corrosion performance is better.The results show that,for the three types of sprayers for forest disease and pest control,6HW30,6HW-12A and6HW-12B sprayer,the stability of the whole machine of6HW-12B sprayer and anti-corrosion performance of its medicine box are the best.
