摘要
阐述医学生职业精神养成的重要意义,分析生命教育视域下职业精神养成的内涵,提出了加强医学生生命教育,培养医学职业精神的途径:构建完善的生命教育教学体系,高等医学院校要将生命教育渗透到专业课中,通过通科轮转实习增强医学生生命体验,完善科学的生命教育评估体系。
This paper expoundsthe importance to develop professional spirit of medical students,analyzestheconnotation of professional spirit in the perspective of life education.Several approachesare put forward to strengthen the lifeeducation of medical students and cultivate medical professional spirit,includingby constructing a completelife educationsystem;integratinglife education into specialized courses in general practice;enhancing the life experience of medicalstudentsthrough rotation practice;and improving the scientific evaluation system of life education.
