摘要
目的:探讨自主研制的局部熏蒸床治疗颈椎病的临床价值。方法:选取60例颈椎病患者,按随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组患者使用购置的熏蒸床做治疗,观察组患者使用自主研制的熏蒸床做治疗,比较两组治疗颈椎病的疗效。结果:疗程结束后,观察组治愈率为93.33%,明显优于对照组的83.33%;两组显效率比较差异有统计学意义(x^2=4.286;P<0.05)。同时在购置成本、故障率、用药成本及安全性等方面观察组优于对照组。结论:自主研制的熏蒸床疗效显著、经济实用、节能安全,具有临床推广价值。
Objective:To discuss the clinical value of self-developed partial fumigating bedin the treatment of cervical spondylosis.Methods:60patients with cervical spondylosis weredivide into observation group(30cases)and control group(30cases)according to randomnumber table.Patients of control group received treatment of purchased fumigating bedsand patients of observation group received treatment of self-developed fumigating beds.Andthen the curative effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:At theend of treatment course,curative rate of observation group(93.33%)was obviously betterthan that of control group(83.33%).Difference of significant effect rate between the two groups was statisticallysignificant(x2=4.286,P<0.05).Meanwhile,observation group was superior to control group in a series of aspectsincluding acquisition cost,failure rate,drug cost,safety of drug and so on.Conclusion:Self-developed fumigatingbed is effective in treatment,economical and practical,energy conservation and safe,and it is worthy to promote thetechnique in clinical treatment.
