摘要
开切眼掘进是矿井建设中的关键工程,由于切眼悬顶面积大、施工工艺复杂,掘进与支护难度增加。如果支护参数选择不当、顶板管控不到位就容易发生顶板事故,影响工作面安全正常安装,甚至造成安全事故。金家渠煤矿110301工作面为首采工作面,煤层顶板有粗砂岩含水层,通过对支护参数、施工工艺优化和施工质量的严格管控,实现了切眼高效施工,没有出现顶板下沉、片帮、底鼓、切顶等现象,工程效果理想。
Open cut excavation is a key project in mine construction,with large hanging roof area of roof,complex construction technology,which greatly increases driving and supporting difficulty.If the selection of support parameters is not properly,and the roof management is not in place will be prone to roof accidents,which affects safe installation of working face,and may even caused accidents.110301working face of Jinjiaqu Coal Mine is the first-mining face,coarse sand aquifer contains in coal seam's roof,through strict controlling of supporting parameters,optimization of construction technology and construction quality,efficient cut construction is achieved,and having no phenomenon of roof subsidence,spalling,floor heave and roof cutting,engineering effect is ideal.
