摘要
在采用预制悬臂拼装的超大跨径桥梁施工中,节段间接缝的性能对桥梁安全性及使用寿命有重要的影响。为有效提高接缝的施工效率和工作性能,基于活性粉末混凝土(reactive powder concrete,RPC)设计一种简单的牛腿式接缝方式,并对其结构尺寸进行优化设计,得到牛腿的最优倾角为0°~45°,高宽比为9~15,牛腿高与梁高最优比为0.25~0.75。利用优化的结构尺寸建立接缝试验模型,通过试验发现RPC牛腿式接缝具有良好的承载和变形能力,能承受的最大荷载达到725 k N,应变达557με,验证了其合理性和可行性。
The performance of joint between segments have a strong influence over the constructionprocess of extra-long-span bridge with continuous box girder.In order to improve the constructionefficiency and working performance of joints,a simple bracket joint which is based on Reactive PowderConcrete(RPC)has been introduced.Some optimal parameters have been obtained through optimizationdesign,such as the horizontal angle of bracket joint(0~45),the ratio of joint height and width(9~15),andthe ratio ofjoint height to beam height(0.25~0.75).Using the results of optimization design,a test modelof bracket joint was built.The test research shows that RPC bracket joint has the advantages in bearingload and supporting deformation.The maximum load that the models can bear in the test reaches to725kN,and the strain in joint is up to557με.The test results proved that RPC bracket joint isreasonable and feasible.
