摘要
过刊有自身独特的文献价值,文章阐述了过刊馆藏的定义,以A学院图书馆为研究对象,对其过刊馆藏数量、质量、借阅情况以及利用情况进行了调查,分析了过刊闲置率高、利用率低的原因,从优化过刊馆藏、开展个性化导读、开展学科馆员服务等方面提出了过刊馆藏建设建议。
The back-number periodical has the unique value of literature.This paper expounds the definition of the back-numberperiodical.Taking the library of A Polytechnic College as the research object,this paper investigates the quantity,quality,borrowing andusage of the back-number periodicals.It analyzes the causes of high vacancy rate and low utilization of the back-number periodicals.Inthe end,some suggestions are made from such aspects as optimizing the collection and carrying out individualized reading and subjectlibrarian service.
