The training and team construction of talents in editing play an important role in promoting the development of science and technology journals.The paper puts forward that excellent political quality and professional quality are the basic requirements of editors of scientific journals.With the continuous development of internet new media,editors of scientific journals should also keep pace with the times to meet the professional requirements of new media by continuous studying.
