摘要
本文通过研究近年大量川芎嗪新的临床应用疗效、制剂研究文献并进行总结概述。川芎嗪新的临床应用日益广泛,制剂研究多以缓控释类制剂为主,新制剂技术的发展将使其临床应用效果更加显著,以期为川芎嗪的临床合理应用及合理开发提供参考。
This paper studys a large number of literature about new clinical application effect,preparations research of tetramethylpyrazine in recent years for summary.The new clinical application oftetramethylpyrazine is becoming more and more extensive.The research of the preparation is mainly controlled bythe controlled release drugs.The development of the new preparation technology will make the clinical applicationmore effective.So as to provide reference for reasonable clinical application and reasonable development oftetramethylpyrazine.
