摘要
目的:探讨腹股沟疝无张力修补术围手术期综合护理的效果。方法:采用腹股沟疝无张力修补术治疗患者60例,随机分为甲组和乙组,分别采用常规护理和围手术期综合护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:乙组总有效率、术后并发症发生率及护理满意度均优于甲组(P<0.05)。结论:腹股沟疝无张力修补术围手术期综合护理的效果显著。
Objective:To explore the effect of perioperative comprehensive nursing of tension-free repair for indirect inguinalhernia.Methods:60patients with indirect inguinal hernia treated by tension-free repair were selected.They were randomly dividedinto the A group and the B group.Two groups were given routine nursing and perioperative comprehensive nursing respectively.We compared the nursing effect of two groups.Results:In the B group,the total effective rate,postoperative complication rate andnursing satisfaction were better than the A group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of perioperative comprehensive nursing oftension-free repair for indirect inguinal hernia was significant.
