儿童乳磨牙修复中传统预成冠技术与HALL技术应用的效果对比 被引量:4

Comparison of the effect of traditional preformed crown technology and HALL technique in the treatment of primary molar teeth in children

摘要 目的:对比、分析儿童乳磨牙修复中传统预成冠技术与HALL技术应用的效果。方法:收治乳磨牙龋齿患者98例,分两组。对照组采用传统预成冠技术,观察组采用HALL技术,对比两组修复效果与牙龈情况。结果:观察组1年、2年、3年修复成功率与对照组相比略高,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组牙龈指数低于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:儿童乳磨牙修复中传统预成冠技术与HALL技术相比疗效相当,但HALL技术更利于牙龈健康。 Objective:To compare and analyze the effect of traditional preformed crown technology and HALL technique in thetreatment of primary molar repair.Methods:98cases of primary molars were selected.They were randomly divided into the twogroups.The control group was treated with traditional crown technique,and the observation group was treated with HALLtechnique.The restoration effect and gingival condition were compared between groups.Results:The success rate of1year,2yearsand3years in the observation group was slightly higher than that in the control group,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The gingival index in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with HALL technique,traditional crown preparation technique has the same curativeeffect on primary molar molar repair in children,but HALL technology is more conducive to gingival health.
