摘要
随着液压技术不断发展,液压体系的过滤器精度更高,同时国家、国际及OEM标准对液压油的过滤性要求都在提升,因而该文对液压油主流标准中的过滤性要求进行对比分析,比较国内外的各种过滤性方法,并对ISO13357和Denison TP-2100进行详细介绍。针对某OEM含锌液压油的过滤性结果进行SEM及EDAX能谱分析,进而为配方开发提供可借鉴方法。
With the development of hydraulic technology,the hydraulic system of the filter is more precise.At the same time,the internationalstandard,national standard and OEM standard of the hydraulic oil requirements are increasing.Herein,the filtering method of mainstreamstandardsfor hydraulic oil are comparedand analysis,including various domestic and foreign filtering method,and a detailed description ofISO13357and Denison TP-2100.The filtering results of OEM hydraulic oil containing zinc was analysis based on the SEM and EDAX energyspectrum,which can be used for reference in future.
