摘要
目的探讨在颈椎病治疗中采取颈椎操与中医康复联合疗法的临床效果。方法依据单双日法随机将我院2015年1月-2016年12月期间收治的104例颈椎病患者分为对照组(n=50)和实验组(n=54),将采取中医康复治疗患者作为对照组,将实行颈椎操与中医康复联合疗法患者作为实验组,对两组患者的治疗有效率进行对比分析。结果经治疗,实验组患者的总有效率为98.14%,显著优于对照组的82.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将颈椎操与中医康复联合疗法应用在颈椎病治疗中效果良好,具有明显止痛效果,可以增加活动度可以改善患者生存质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Chinese medicine rehabilitation therapy combinedwith cervical vertebra exercise in treatment of cervical spondylosis.Methods A total of104patients withcervical spondylosis in our hospital from January2015to December2016were selected and divided into controlgroup(n=50)and experimental group(n=54).The patients with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation therapywere taken as the control group,and the patients with combined exercise of cervical exercise and traditionalChinese medicine rehabilitation therapy were taken as the experimental group.The treatment efficiency of thetwo groups were compared and analyzed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the experimentalgroup was98.14%,significantly better than that of the control group(82%),and the difference between the twogroups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of cervical exercise and traditionalChinese medicine rehabilitation therapy is effective in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.It has obvious analgesiceffect,can increase mobility,can improve the quality of life of patients,and is worthy of clinical application.
