摘要
目的:探讨Ahmed青光眼引流阀植入术治疗难治性青光眼的疗效。方法:收治难治性青光眼患者60例,随机分为对照组(予以小梁切除术)与观察组(予以Ahmed青光眼引流阀植入术治疗),各30例。结果:观察组总成功率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);术后1年,观察组的眼压、裸眼视力均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:Ahmed青光眼引流阀植入术治疗难治性青光眼疗效显著,能显著降低眼压。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Ahmed glaucoma drainage valve implantation in the treatment of refractory glaucoma.Methods:60cases of refractory glaucoma were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group(with trabeculectomy treatment)and the observation group(treated by Ahmed glaucoma drainage valve implantation),with30cases in each group.Results:The total success rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After1year,the IOP and uncorrected visual acuity of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ahmed glaucoma drainage valve implantation is effective in the treatment of refractory glaucoma,and can significantly reduce intraocular pressure.
