摘要
以福建省人民政府产业政策为视角,结合2005—2014年福建省9个地级市的相关数据,运用面板数据模型,从规模效益、产业结构、创新能力和绿色发展等4个方面,分析产业转型升级对福建经济发展的影响。结果表明:规模效益有力推动了经济增长,产业结构的优化对经济发展也产生了积极影响;而创新能力对推动省域经济发展的效果不显著,节能减排实践对经济增长存在负向关系。建议不同地区产业政策要与其他政策相结合,因地制宜推进区域产业转型升级,以实现新常态下经济平稳发展。
From the perspective of government industrial policy in Fujian Province,this paper combines the relevant data of nine cities in Fujian Province from2005to2014.It uses panel data model from economies of scale,industrial structure,innovation and green development to study the influence of transformation and upgrading of industry to provincial economic development.The results show that economies of scale effectively promotes economic growth;The optimization of industrial structure also produces positive effects on economic growth.The effect of innovation in promoting the development of provincial economy is not significant;There is a negative relationship between the practice of energy conservation,emissions reduction and economic growth.It is suggested that different regional industrial policies should be combined with other policies,to suit local conditions in order to promote industrial transformation and upgrading for the healthy economic development in the new normal form.
