摘要
2016年以来,我国城市信息化发展进入了新型智慧城市时代,其发展现状呈现三个方面的特点:一是政策法规保障新型智慧城市建设,表现在多项政策的全方位推进、"十三五"规划及网络安全法的保障,以及国家发展改革委等25部委的统筹;二是基础设施支撑新型智慧城市发展,涵盖了物联网的蓬勃发展、大数据的创新发展、云计算中心的构建,以及卫星与导航技术保障;三是高效服务牵引新型智慧城市应用,体现在互联网+政务服务、深化试点工作提升,以及移动应用新亮点等。论文还分析了模式创新引领新型智慧城市发展趋势,包括电子商务的规模发展、网络约车服务的蓬勃发展、移动互联网的生活化应用,以及"互联网+政务"的发展活力。
The new smart city has been developed since the year2016.The current situation can be summarized in three characteristics.The first one is that national policies and regulations,such as the national informalization development strategy,the"13th Five-year plan"for economic and social development,the law of network security,and so on,to support the construction of new smart city.The second one is that the smart city infrastructure,such as the Internet of things(IOT),the big data(DB),the cloud computing(CC),the remote sensing(RS),and the Beidou global navigation satellite system(GNSS),to support the development of new smart city.And the third one is that the efficient information services,such as Internet plus government affairs service,the detailed development of pilot smart city,and the mobile application,to draw application system of new smart city.Meanwhile,the paper analyzed three types of future development trends of new smart city,such as electronic business development,the car and bike service network,and the Internet plus government affairs service.
