摘要
目的:探讨重组人脑利钠肽(rhBNP)联合多巴胺对老年慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者的疗效,及对心功能和血清炎症因子的影响。方法:90例CHF患者随机分为两组,每组45例,在常规治疗的基础上,对照组应用硝酸甘油联合多巴胺治疗,观察组应用rhBNP联合多巴胺治疗。比较两组临床疗效、心功能及血清炎症因子的改善情况。结果:观察组总有效率为95.3%,对照组78.6%,两组差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=5.308,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组LVEF、CI较对照组升高更为显著(P<0.05)。观察组CRP、IL-6较对照组明显降低(P<0.05),IL-10则明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:重组人脑利钠肽联合多巴胺治疗老年CHF短期疗效显著,有利于改善心功能,降低血清炎症因子。
Objective:To investigate the effects of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide(rhBNP)combinedwith dopamine in elderly patients with chronic heart failure(CHF),and its effects on cardiac function and serum inflammatoryfactors.Methods:A total of90patients with CHF were randomly divided into two groups,with45cases in each group.Inaddition to conventional treatment,the control group was treated with nitroglycerin and dopamine,while the observation groupwas treated with rhBNP combined with dopamine.The clinical efficacy,cardiac function and serum inflammatory factorswere compared between the two groups after the treatments.Results:The difference in total effective rate was statisticallysignificant(95.3%in observation group and78.6%in control group,respectively;χ2=5.308,P<0.05).After the treatment,the LVEF and CI in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels ofCRP and IL-6in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while IL-10was higher inthe observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide combined with dopamine mayexert an excellent short-term effect in elderly CHF patients.It helps to improve heart function and reduce serum inflammatory factors.
