摘要
目的:探讨人性化护理在急诊患者护理工作中的临床价值。方法:收治急诊患者86例,随机分为对照组和研究组。对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用人性化护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组总满意度高于对照组,护理后SDS、SAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:人性化护理应用到急诊患者中,可明显改善患者抑郁和焦虑状态,提升护理满意度和护理质量。
Objective:To explore the clinical value of humanistic nursing in emergency nursing.Methods:86emergency patientswere selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group.The control group was given routine care,and the study group was given humanistic care.We compared the efficacy of two groups.Results:In the study group,the totalsatisfaction was higher than the control group,and the scores of SDS and SAS after nursing were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying humanistic nursing to emergency patients can significantly improve the state of depression and anxiety,and improve the satisfaction of nursing and the quality of nursing.
