摘要
目的:探讨肾康注射液联合血液透析对慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)患者肾功能及生活质量的影响。方法:选择2014年2月至2017年2月信阳市中医院86例CRF患者,抽签法分组,各43例。对照组采取单纯血液透析治疗,于此基础上观察组联合肾康注射液治疗,均持续治疗1个月。对比两组治疗前、治疗1个月后肾功能指标[尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)]、营养状况指标[红细胞总数(RBC)、血红蛋白(HGB)]水平及生活质量评分(SF-36),并评估两组治疗效果。结果:经治疗,观察组总有效率90.70%(39/43)高于对照组69.77%(30/43),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组BUN、Scr水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗1个月后与对照组相比,观察组BUN、Scr水平均降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组RBC、HGB水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗1个月后观察组RBC、HGB水平均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1个月后两组SF-36评分均较治疗前提高,且观察组升高幅度大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:予以慢性肾功能衰竭患者肾康注射液联合血液透析治疗可明显改善其肾功能及营养状态,提高其生活质量。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Shenkang injection combined with hemodialysis on renal function and quality of life in patients withchronic renal failure(CRF).Methods:86cases of CRF patients from February2014to February2017in our hospital were randomly divided intocontrol group and observation group,with43cases each group.The control group was treated with hemodialysis alone,on this basis,the observationgroup was treated with Shenkang injection,and both groups were treated for1month.Renal function indicators[urea nitrogen(BUN),serumcreatinine(Scr)],nutritional status indicators[total number of red blood cells(RBC),hemoglobin(HGB)]and quality of life score(SF-36)before andafter treatment were compared,and the treatment effect was evaluated as well.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was90.70%(39/43),which was higher than the control group69.77%(30/43),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significantdifference in BUN and Scr levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),After1month of treatment,the levels of BUN and Scr weredecreased in the observation group compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significantdifference in RBC and HGB levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),After treatment for1month,the levels of RBC and HGB in theobservation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);After1month of treatment,the scores of SF-36in both groupswere higher than those before treatment,and the rate of elevation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the differencewas statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of Shenkang injection combined with hemodialysis in the treatment of patients with chronicrenal failure can significantly improve their renal function and nutritional status,improve their quality of life.
