摘要
为了降低能耗,改善AGM隔板中玻璃微纤维的离散度,将离心玻璃微纤维按一定质量分数添加到火焰法生产的玻璃微纤维中来制备铅酸蓄电池AGM隔板。结果表明,把离心玻璃微纤维加入到AGM隔板中能提高AGM隔板的常态吸酸、加压吸酸、5 min吸酸高度、吸酸速率、耐久压力及单体电池装配压力等性能,但是AGM隔板的压缩回弹性和强度会有一定程度的降低。
In the paper,in order to reduce energy consumption and improve the discrete degree ofglass fiber,a certain content of centrifugal glass fiber has been added to the flame glass fiber in theprocess of preparing AGM separators for lead-acid batteries.The results show that a certain content ofthe centrifugal glass fiber add into AGM separators can improve normal acid absorption,pressurizedacid absorption,acid absorption height for5min,acid absorption rate,durability and cell’s assemblypressure,but reduce the compression resilience and intensity.
