摘要
社会工作在我国已经成为一种新兴的职业,培养具有职业能力的专业化社会工作人才已成为社会发展的一种必要。N校基于社会工作专业课程设置缺少实践类课程及学生实务能力培养不足等缺陷,在总结多年理论教学和实践教学经验基础上,积极开展社会工作专业人才职业能力教育,以职业能力为导向,从社会工作专业课程建设、实习实训体系、实践平台和学生实践能力考核等维度探索并实践了社会工作专业人才职业能力培养的四维路径。
The cultivation of the professional ability of the job is the core content of the vocational education and employment training in the developed countries.And it will become an important part of the vocational education in the future.In recent years,the social work in our country has become a kind of important professional,social work professionals need to have the ability to have more and more people's attention.How to meet the social development of the professional background of social work professional talent quantity and quality of demand,training professional ability of professional social work talent has become a necessity of social development.N University actively explores and practice social work professional ability training of innovation path based on the practices of social work professional ability education.
