摘要
目的探讨果酸活肤治疗痤疮光动力疗法后色素沉着的疗效和护理效果。方法 60例痤疮光动力疗法后色素沉着患者分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组给予常规皮肤护理,观察组给予果酸活肤治疗和相应护理。比较第4、第8周时2组疗效。结果治疗结束后第4周,观察组总有效率86.7%,优于对照组有效率56.7%(P<0.05);治疗结束后第8周,观察组总有效率为96.7%,优于对照组有效率73.3%(P<0.05)。结论果酸活肤治疗结合相应护理能有效改善患者痤疮光动力疗法后色素沉着的症状。
Objective To investigate the alpha hydroxy acids(AH As)on pigmentation in pa-tients after photodynamictherapyforacne.MethodsAtotalof60patientswithpigmentationafter photodynamic therapy for acne were assigned to the observation group and the control group,with30cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observa-tion group wasgivenAH Asskin activatingcareand related nursing care.Theclinicalefficacyofintervention was evaluatedat4and8weeksaftertreatment.ResultsThe overalleffectiveratewas higherinthe observationgroupthanthat of controlsat four weeks and8weeksafterinterven-tion(86.7%vs.56.7%,96.7%vs.73.3%,P<0.05).ConclusionThe AHAs skin activa-ting carecombinedwith relatednursingcareispotentiallyeffectiveintreatmentofpigmentationafter photodynamic therapy.
