摘要
目的探讨三级甲等医院呼吸内科新入职护士规范化培训的对象、计划、方法及效果。方法对新入职护士进行规范化培训,自2013年起,设立带教秘书和带教导师,制定呼吸专科新护士0~3个月和4~6个月培训清单,其内容涵盖了入科教育、职责制度等应知应会、医院感染管理等,并增加多种考核机制。观察2013、2014、2015、2016届护士考核情况。结果自2013年起,新入职护士专科理论和专科技能考核达标率逐年上升,新入职护士职责制度等应知应会掌握熟悉率、应急能力掌握熟悉率逐年上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用培训清单,增加多种形式的培训方式,提高了护士的综合素质、专业水平和临床综合能力。
Objective To summarize the standardized training objects,plan,method and efficacyfor newly recruited nurses from respiration medicine department.Methods The standardizedtraining for newly recruited nurses had been conducted since2013.The training sheet includedinductive education,responsibility enhancement,hospital infection management and related assessmentmechanism.The assessment outcomes of newly recruited nurses from2013to2016wereobserved.Results There was a increasing trend in qualified rate of theory and specialized skilassessment.Newly recruited nurses were becoming more and more familiar with the liability and emergency capacity since2013.Conclusion Application of standardized training sheetcombined with variety of training methods can improve the comprehensive and specialized skill ofnewly recruited nurses in respiration medicine department.
