摘要
通过分析不同反应条件对聚羧酸高性能减水剂分散性的影响,得出最佳合成条件:滴加法投料,反应温度为60℃,丙烯酸和过硫酸铵的滴加时间为3+3.5h,保温时间为1h,反应物浓度为40%。在此条件下,合成了JK-129聚羧酸高性能减水剂并对其性能进行研究,结果表明:该产品具有掺量小、减水率较高、性能稳定等优点,是一种高性能环保产品。
Through analysis of the influence of different polycondensation conditions on polycarboxylatehigh-performance superplasticizer dispersing performance.The best synthetic conditions were obtained:feeding by dripping method,the reaction temperature is60℃,the time of adding acrylic acid and ammonium persulfater is3+3.5h,the holding time is1h,the reactant concentration is40%.JK-129polycarboxylate superplasticizer was synthesized under the above conditions and then its properties were studied.The experimental results indicated that JK-129has the advantages of low dosage,high water reducing rate,stable performance etc,it is a high performance and environmental friendly product.
