摘要
目的探讨手术室细节护理在提高手术室护理安全性中的应用效果。方法选取2016年5月—2017年5月本院收治的190例手术患者作为研究对象,随机将190例患者分成研究组与对照组,每组均95例;其中对照组采取手术室常规护理,研究组采用手术室细节护理。对比两组手术患者的治疗效果。结果研究组安全性评分高于对照组(P=0.000 0),并发症发生率低于对照组(P=0.045 7)。结论手术室护理安全性中应用细节护理能够提高护理的安全性,降低并发症的发生概率,有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the application effect of operating room detail nursing in improving the safety of operating room.Methods A total of190patients were randomly divided into study group and control group,95cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing.The study group used the details care of the operating room.The therapeutic effects of two groups of patients were compared.Results The safety score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.0000).The complication rate was lower than that of the control group(P=0.0457).The differences were statistically significant.Conclusion The application of detailed nursing in operation room can improve the safety of nursing,reduce the incidence of complications,have a higher clinical value.
