摘要
目的分析在压力蒸汽灭菌后预防湿包中应用PDCA护理管理的效果。方法将消毒供应中心2016年1—12月收入进行集中管理的2 000个手术器械包、敷料包当成研究对象,其中1 000个实施常规护理管理,视为对照组;另外1 000个进行PDCA护理管理,视作观察组,比较两组湿包发生率。结果观察组湿包发生率为0.6%,对照组湿包发生率为12.5%。结论 PDCA循环能够有效预防压力蒸汽灭菌后湿包情况的发生,保证灭菌效果。
Objective To analyze the effect of preventing wet packets after adopting PDCA nursing management in pressure steam sterilization.Methods2000operating instrument sets,dressing packets which were bought to the sterilization supply center for central management from January to December2016were selected as study object.1000of them were treated with routine nursing management as a control group.The other1000patients were treated with PDCA as an observation group,and the incidence of wet pack between the two groups was compared.Results The wet packet rate of observation group was0.6%,but that of the control group was12.5%.Conclusion Adopting the PDCA cycle can prevent the wet packet after pressure steam sterilization effectively,and insure the sterilization effect.
