摘要
目的:探讨多学科诊疗模式(MDT)应用于消化内科临床教学中的效果。方法:选择在本院消化内科参加规范化培训的规培生87例,随机分两组。对照组给予传统的案例教学方式,MDT组给予多学科综合诊治的教学方式。3个月后进行理论考试和临床考核,并进行问卷调查以评价MDT应用于消化内科临床教学的效果。结果:MDT组规培生的理论成绩、临床实践能力、综合能力评分以及对教学模式的满意度均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:MDT应用于消化内科临床教学显著提高了规培生的理论和临床实践水平,有效提高了规培生的综合能力,并且规培生对该模式的满意度也较高。
Objective:To explore the effect of multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment model in clinical teaching of digestivemedicine.Methods:87students who participate in standardization training in our hospital gastroenterology were selected.Theywere randomly divided into the two groups.The control group was given traditional case teaching method.The MDT group wasgiven a multidisciplinary approach to diagnosis and treatment.They were asked to take part in the theoretical examination andclinical examination after3months,and the questionnaire survey was conducted to evaluate the effect of multidisciplinarydiagnosis and treatment model in clinical teaching of gastroenterology.Results:The MDT group students'academic achievement,clinical practice ability,comprehensive ability score and satisfaction with the teaching model were significantly higher than thoseof the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The application of multidisciplinary diagnosisand treatment model in clinical teaching of digestive medicine has significantly improved the level of the students'theory andclinical practice,effectively improve the students'comprehensive ability,and the students are also more satisfied with the model.
