低分化甲状腺癌的病理学特点及诊治研究进展 被引量：5

摘要 低分化甲状腺癌(poorly differentiated thyroid cancer,PDTC)是一种较为特殊的甲状腺癌,其形态介于分化型甲状腺癌和未分化癌之间。目前对于低分化甲状腺癌的诊断标准不一,辅助治疗仍然存在较大的争议。目前低分化甲状腺癌的诊断依据病理检查。诸多因素影响低分化甲状腺癌的预后,分子标志物可与其他细胞来源的恶性甲状腺肿瘤鉴别。本文笔者结合低分化甲状腺癌的定义与诊断标准、病理特点、治疗、分子标志物来探讨低分化甲状腺癌病理学特点及诊治研究进展,以供临床参考。
