摘要
采用2005~2014年辽宁省高等职业教育与经济发展的相关数据,运用统计分析方法审视辽宁省高等职业教育规模化水平与经济综合实力之间的发展关系。研究表明,两者之间存在显著相关性,呈现阶段性特征,但拟合度低没有形成协调发展的内在动力机制。为了实现辽宁省高等职业教育与经济的协调发展,提出了3条对策性建议:高等职业教育与经济产业发展之间应建立良性互动机制;高等职业教育应保障教育质量,建立多方集资的管理模式;政府应适度调节高等职业教育发展规模,注重高等职业教育内涵式发展。
Using relevant data from2005to2014in Liaoning Province higher vocational education andcomprehensive economic development and statistical analysis method to analyze the development relationsbetween higher vocational educational scale level of Liaoning Province and economic comprehensivestrength,this research shows there is significant correlation,presenting stage characteristics,but there isfitting low not forming internal driving mechanisms for the coordinated development.In order to achievethe coordinated development of higher vocational education and economy in Liaoning Province,threecountermeasures are puts forward:higher vocational education should set up benign interactive mechanismbetween industry and economic development;higher vocational education should guarantee the quality ofeducation,the establishment of multilateral financing management mode;the government should regulatemoderately the development of higher vocational education scale,pay attention to the connotationdevelopment of higher vocational education.
