摘要
目的:设计一种远程医学影像系统,为了方便社区医院与区域医疗中心的互联,解决社区居民看病缺乏基本医疗设备和诊疗条件的问题,让健康管理信息平台实现体检、门诊、住院健康档案动态化管理,从而提高大众的医疗保障的水平。方法:采用佳能便携式平板探测器,结合信息平台建设,在社区医院,对病人日常检查进行个性化医疗服务,提供相关检查的数据结果。结果:通过安装和使用该远程医学影像系统,患者的就医体验得到提高,对于儿童、孕妇、行动不便、不适合受一般辐射的患者,可以就近进行检查,实现了社区医院就诊率的大幅度上升,从原来的50%提升到87%。结论:患者的健康管理层次明显提高,就诊和随访满意度大大提高,体检后的患者来院复诊率增加。实现了卫生管理部门要求分级诊疗目的,保障了人民看病就诊的需求,服务质量得到提升。
Objetive:To design a telemedicine imaging system,in order to facilitate the interconnection between community hospital and regional medical center,solve the problem of lack of basic medical equipments and diagnosis and treatment conditions by community residents,realize the dynamic management of physical examination,outpatient and inpatient health archives with the health management information platform,and improve the public health care level.Methods:With Canon Portable Flat-panel Detector,combined with the construction of information platform,in community hospitals personalized medical services are provided to daily examination of patients,and the data results of related examinations are provided.Results:Through the installation and use of the telemedicine imaging system,the patient experience is improved.Children,pregnant women,disabled patients or patients not suitable for general radiation can be examined in the nearest hospital.The outpatient rate of community hospitals increases significantly from50%to87%.Conclusion:The patients'health management level is obviously improved,the satisfaction of visits and follow-up is greatly improved,and the rate of follow-up after physical examination increases.The purpose of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment required by health management departments is achieved.People's needs of seeing a doctor are guaranteed,and the quality of services is improved.
