摘要
电商扶贫是行之有效的精准扶贫方式,也是互联网时代扶贫工作的新特征。关于电商扶贫研究,尤其西部山区县电商扶贫研究相对匮乏。基于凤县的代表性,通过实地调研发现凤县具有一些电商扶贫的可行条件,但目前凤县电子商务产业发展仍存在很多不足之处。基于此,认为西部山区县更应重视电子商务产业发展,重视电子商务进农村以推动农村扶贫脱贫。提出"五不出村"理念,指导电子商务发展,还应重视政府的主体责任与共享经济模式。
E-commerce poverty alleviation is an effective way of targeted poverty alleviation,and it is a new feature for poverty alleviation work in the Internet era.The research on e-commerce poverty alleviation,especially e-commerce poverty alleviation for the western mountainous counties,is relatively scarce,Based on the representative characteristics of Fengxian,this research,through field research,has found that there are some feasible conditions of e-commerce poverty alleviation in Fengxian.However,at present,Fengxian's e-commerce industry development still has many deficiencies.Based on the above,this paper holds that the western mountainous counties should pay more attention to the development of e-commerce industry,and attach more importance to e-commerce's going into villages to promote poverty alleviation in rural areas.This paper puts forward the concept of"five not out of the village"to guide the development of e-commerce,and this paper also puts forward that much attention should be paid to the entity responsibilities of the government and the model of sharing economy.
