地铁项目生态环境影响评价分析 被引量:3

Analysis on Eco-EIA(Environmental Impact Assessment) of Underground Railway Project

摘要 地铁建设引起的生态问题通常容易被忽略,加强地铁生态环境影响评价符合环评的发展趋势。地铁项目涉及的生态敏感目标包括森林公园、城市绿地、涉水等,评价应注意敏感目标具有的自然或人文特性。直接生态环境影响评价可从工程占地、水体影响及取弃土场设置影响展开;间接影响评价可重点分析地铁引起的地下水变化,通过地下水与生态的联系,建立间接影响分析模型;景观影响评价可从确定评价对象、指标和方法三个方面展开。 The ecological problem caused by the underground railway construction is easily ignored,however,the enhancement of ecological environmental impact assessment of underground railway conforms to the development trend of EIA(environmental impact assessment).The ecological sensitive targets related to underground railway include forest parks,urban green lands,paddling eco-sensitive targets,etc.The sensitive targets have the natural or humanistic characteristics regarding evaluation.The direct ecological impact assessment could deploy from the engineering land occupations,water body influences and adopting or discarding soil-field setting influences;the indirect ecological assessment could focus on the analysis of groundwater change caused by underground railway.The indirect impact analytic model could be set up through the connection of ground water and ecology;and the landscape impact assessment could be determined from three aspects:evaluation object,index and method.
