摘要
水是一种十分重要的自然资源,中国的水资源出现了严重的问题,不仅资源缺乏,而且面临着严重的污染。目前,我国流域水环境管理存在着许多漏洞,与发达国家相比还存在很大差距,这就需要采取相应的对策改善。
Water is a very important natural resources,China's water resources have a serious problem,not only the lack of resources,but also faces serious pollution.At present,there are many loopholes in water environment management in our country,and there is still a big gap compared with developed countries.
