摘要
选择不同年龄紫椴枝条上的顶芽、侧芽为外植体,对其进行组织培养。采用正交试验法对基本培养基、激素种类与激素浓度进行了筛选,找出影响芽分化的主要因子及最佳组合试验。
The buds and buds of different age were selected as explants and tissue culture was carried out.The basic culture medium,hormone variety and hormone concentration were screened by orthogonal test.
