摘要
目的:观察中药穴位贴敷疗法对改善晚期肿瘤患者营养状况的临床应用效果。方法:80例经营养风险筛查≥3分且需要接受营养干预的晚期恶性肿瘤患者随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组予肠内营养治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上加用穴位贴敷治疗,观察两组营养改善情况。结果:两组患者干预后营养状况改善得分比较,t=2.48,P=0.015<0.05;对生活质量的改善效果得分比较,t=2.38,P=0.020<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论:本研究应用中药穴位贴敷疗法,结合温补脾肾之法改善肿瘤患者的气虚阴虚之证,能有效改善中晚期肿瘤患者营养状况,提高晚期肿瘤患者的生活质量,可用于晚期肿瘤患者的营养支持治疗中,值得推广。
Objective:To observe effects of acupoint application on the nutritional status of patients with advanced cancer.Methods:80cases were randomly divided into the treatment and control groups.The control group was given enteral nutrition therapy;the treatmentgroup was given acupoint application more.Results:After intervention,the score of improving the nutritional status was compared,t=2.48,P=0.015;scores of the quality of life were compared,t=2.38,P=0.020(P<0.05).Conclusion:In this study,acupoint application plusthe Wenbu Pishen therapy can improve the deficiency syndrome of Qi and Yin,the nutritional status and quality of life,can be used fornutritional support of patients with advanced cancer,and is worth promoting.
