试论教师教学发展中心教师培训有效性缺失的原因及对策 被引量:2

摘要 教师教学发展中心作为一种新兴的组织机构,致力于提升教师的教学能力,提高教育教学质量,教师培训是其主要职能。教师缺乏自我发展动力、教师培训中缺乏有效沟通对话以及在教师培训管理环节中缺乏必要的环节是造成教师培训有效性缺失的主要原因。对此,教师教学发展中心应激发教师自我发展力,促进教师改善心智模式和不断超越自我;加强团队学习,建立有效的沟通对话平台;提高培训管理人员胜任力;以系统思考为基础,制定教师培训管理方案并实施,不断增强教师培训针对性、专业性和规范性,促进教师培训活动良性运行。 Center for Teaching and Learning Development as anew organization,is committed to promote teachers'teaching ability,improve the teaching quality of education and teachertraining is its main function.Teacher's lack of self-developmentmotivation,lack of effective communication in teacher trainingand lack of necessary link in the teacher training management isthe main reason for the lack of teacher training effectiveness.So,in order to strengthen teacher training pertinence,specializationand standardization,promote the benign operation of teachertraining activities,the Center for Teaching and Learning Developmentshould inspire teachers'self-development and promoteteachers to improve mental models and constantly surpass themselves;to strengthen the team learning and to establish effectivecommunication dialogue platform;to improve the training managementpersonnel competence;on the basis of system thinking toformulate the teacher training management plan.
