摘要
在制造商为核心企业、供应商为跟随者的二级供应链中,可借助关系契约在供应链成员间构建长期的企业社会责任合作关系,制定相应的成本分担策略。在单期博弈中,无论供应商还是制造商,都有可能违反签订的企业社会责任契约,但在重复博弈的情况下,关系契约却可以在不完全契约的条件下帮助供应链成员形成长期稳定的合作关系。在合作过程中,制造商应允许先天不足但有合作诚意的供应商在履行企业社会责任时努力水平暂时低于标准,并采取提高采购价格、帮助供应商降低企业社会责任履行成本等方法提升其努力水平。
In the secondary supply chain taking manufacturing enterprise as the core enterprise and supplier as the follower,relational contract can be used to establish the long-term corporate social responsibility collaboration among members in the supply chain and formulate the corresponding cost sharing strategy.It shows that either supplier or retailer maybe disobey the contract about corporate social responsibility in single period game;but members in supply chain can form long-term and stable cooperation through relational contract in repeated games,even when the contract is incomplete.During the process of cooperation,the retailer should allow that supplier’s effort level is temporarily below the standard when the supplier is willing to cooperate but congenitally deficient,and help this supplier to promote the effort level through increasing wholesale price,reducing the cost of executing corporate social responsibility,and so on.
