基于有限元分析铝合金车轮的轻量化设计研究 被引量:3

摘要 文章通过三维软件Solidworks建构车轮的实体模型,利用ANSYS软件进行强度分析和模态分析,分析结果表明,车轮的最大应力远小于铝合金的许用应力,车轮的固有频率满足要求,存在进一步改进的可能和必要。最后,改进车轮模型,改进结果表明,车轮的重量下降了13.9%。利用有限元分析技术有助于提高车轮的设计水平、缩短设计周期、减少开发成本。 The article by3d software Solidworks construction entity model of the wheel,strength analysis and modalanalysis by use of ANSYS software,the analysis results show that the maximum stress of the wheel is much less than theallowable stress of aluminum alloy,and meet the requirements,the natural frequency of the wheel is possible and necessaryof further improvement.Finally,improve the wheel model,the improvement results show that the weight of the wheel isdown by13.9%.Using finite element analysis technique helps to improve the level of the design of the wheel,shorten thedesign cycle and reduce development costs.
