摘要
高等师范院校是为基础教育输送师资人才的主体力量,发挥着不可替代的作用。在当前注重应用型人才培养的趋势下,高师教育应进一步明确教师作为高层次专业化应用型人才的本质,通过改革课程体系、加强实践教学、培养学生综合素养、促进理论研究与应用研究相结合等途径,达成学术性、师范性与应用性的融合,培养"应用型教师教育人才"。
Normal universities are the main part to educate talented teachers in basic education and plays an important role.In the trend of educating applied talents,higher teaching education should define clearly the true essence of teachers as applied talents.By the revolution of the course systems,enhancing practical teaching,educating the quality of students,and persistent in applying theory to practice,normal universities educate practical talents for teaching,achieving the integration of technicality,teacher-training and practicability to cultivate applied teachers.
