摘要
目的:对应用洛美沙星滴耳液对患有急性化脓性中耳炎疾病的患者实施药物治疗的临床效果进行研究。方法:选择鹰潭市人民医院收治的患有急性化脓性中耳炎疾病的患者90例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,平均每组45例。采用氯霉素滴耳液对对照组患者实施治疗;采用洛美沙星滴耳液对治疗组患者实施治疗。对比两组研究对象耳痛耳鸣等中耳炎疾病症状消失时间、耳内状态检查结果恢复正常时间、中耳炎疾病药物治疗总时间、急性化脓性中耳炎疾病的药物治疗效果、用药期间出现不良反应的例数。结果:治疗组患者耳痛耳鸣等中耳炎疾病症状消失时间、耳内状态检查结果恢复正常时间、中耳炎疾病药物治疗总时间明显短于对照组,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05);急性化脓性中耳炎疾病的药物治疗效果明显优于对照组,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05);用药期间出现不良反应的例数明显少于对照组,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:应用洛美沙星滴耳液对患有急性化脓性中耳炎疾病的患者实施药物治疗的临床效果非常明显。
Objective:To study the clinical effect of application of drugs for the treatment of patients with acute suppurative otitis media diseaselomefloxacin ear drops.Methods:90patients with acute suppurative otitis media in Yingtan People's Hospital were randomly divided into the controlgroup and the treatment group,with45cases in each group.Using Chloramphenicol Ear Drops to control the implementation of the patients inthe treatment group;the lomefloxacin ear drops to treat patients in the treatment group.Comparison of two groups of subjects such as otitis mediadisease earache tinnitus symptoms disappeared time,ear state examination results returned to normal time,otitis media disease,the total time of acutesuppurative otitis media disease,adverse reactions cases were performed.Results:The earache tinnitus,otitis media disease symptoms,ear statereturned to normal time,otitis media disease drug treatment time in the treatment group was shorter than the control group,(P<0.05);The effect onacute suppurative otitis media disease drug in the treatment group is better than control group(P<0.05);the number of adverse reactions during thetreatment significantly less in the treatment group compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of drugs for the treatmentof patients with acute suppurative otitis media disease lomefloxacin ear drops is very obvious
