摘要
目前应用型本科院校青年教师工程实践能力不足的问题已成为制约高层次应用型人才培养、高等教育改革的重要因素。本文以汽车智能网联发展背景下应用型本科院校汽车类专业青年教师工程实践能力培养模式的改革和提升为出发点,分析了应用型汽车类专业教育的特征和当前青年教师工程实践能力培养模式中存在的主要问题,并结合南京工程学院建设以工学为主的工程应用型本科院校的经验,提出了机制保障、改革人才引进方式、校企合作产学研融合的立体化工程实践能力培养模式。
At present,Application-oriented College Young Teachers'engineering practice ability shortage has become the bottleneck of high level talents,an important factor in the reform of higher education.Based on the intelligent network under the background of the development of Applied Undergraduate Colleges automotive professional training young teachers'engineering practice ability mode reform and promotion as a starting point,analysis the main problem sexist in the model of culture characteristics of applied in automobile specialty education and the young teachers'engineering practice ability,and combined with the engineering applied undergraduate colleges of Nanjing Institute of Technology construction engineering oriented experience,proposed mechanism to protect the reform of talent introduction,production cooperation Study on the integration of three-dimensional engineering practice ability training mode.
