摘要
由于办学历史较短,本科临床药学专业的毕业实习尚不成熟。为了使毕业生能尽快适应工作岗位,具有从事临床药学实践的技能和解决实际问题的能力,必须改变医学和药学实习分割进行的现状,将两者有机结合,从而加强毕业实习的安排与管理,提高实习效率。本文参考临床药师规范化培训模式,设计了一套切合实际的临床药学本科毕业实习模式。
The internship program of clinical pharmacy graduates in our university need to be improved due to the relative short history of the running of this major.To enable the graduates adapt to their jobs as soon as possible,to obtain the ability of utilizing clinical pharmacy and solving problems in reality,we must close the detachment between medicine and pharmacy internship program.That will enhance the arrangement and organization of internship,and further elevate the internship efficiency.Refer to the standardized training model of clinical pharmacist,this paper suggests a practical internship programfor clinical pharmacy graduates.
